On my mind lately...What drives our need to be needed? (Love! of course. The answer is everywhere.)
(Remedy:) A walk along soft sand, under blue sky, then randomly jete. (Care not if there is an audience.)
Hammocks swaying, with a cool lemonade and a book. Stop to remember someone you loved...and then again for another...and then again for yet another.
Nap. Wish upon a star or just the afternoon breeze.
Spin a globe blindfolded and when it stops have a look to see what country you are going to add to your bucket list. Go to the library and take out the travel guide for that destination.
Sweep your insecurities under the rug for yet another day. (By simply pretending to have none, you make it so. It's really easy.)
Play the lottery. Hey, someone has to win. (You?)
Be a kinder, gentler version of you today. Be an even kinder and an even gentler you, tomorrow. Repeat the pattern.
(Refuel:) Call a friend. Laugh. Plan. Have lunch. Have confidence in your abilities. Inspire someone. (BE the light.)
